  • Do you use a pressure washer to clean roofs?

    No, we do not use pressure washers at all.   


  • Will the stains return on the roof once cleaned?

    The algae on your roof is airborne and can return, just as it appeared on your new roof. We do offer a 2 year GUARANTEE. In addition, we offer a roof maintenance program to prevent the algae from returning.

  • Will the chemicals used harm my landscape?

    NO, the chemicals used are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Our product will NOT kill your grass, shrubs or flowers.

  • What if I do not have the algae/mold stains on my roof cleaned?

    If left untreated, the algae can eventually cover your entire roof. The black algae on your roof absorb heat, making your attic approximately 30 degrees hotter on a hot summer day, raising your cooling cost. In addition, the algae/moss will reduce the life span of your shingles and could lead to moisture and wood rot.
